What’s on my mind this week? I need to get more active. I recently purchased a group personal training package through LivingSocial. This week I called to get started. The other day I pulled out my Bethenny Frankel “Body by Bethenny” DVD. I popped it in the DVD player and then the phone rang. You know what that means: I told myself the yoga could wait and I talked to my mother << read, I will do yoga tomorrow>>.
Life is about the choices we make. Lately, I’ve had really good ideas and thoughts and purchases to living a more active life. The only thing that’s lagging behind is my motivation. A recent sermon at church was about believing in God to help resolve your problems. I still believe God will give me the will to take active steps in moving more. Once, I get started…I know I will enjoy it. I. JUST. NEED. TO. GET UP. AND MOVE.
In other news…I’m trying the Paleo Diet. I’m eating like the cavemen at – no dairy, no sugar, more fruits and vegetables and grass-fed meat. It’s helping me be more conscious of what I’m eating. I haven’t had many cravings, just french fries and cupcakes. To help me with the Paleo life, I created a Paleo Life Pinterest board!
